Shipping Policy

• Standard Parcel delivery to doorstep – $300, 2-3 weeks (small rugs)
• White Glove delivery – $400, 4-5 weeks, signature required
• White Glove Plus delivery – $500, crew carries in, moves furniture, unwraps, and lays out carpet

Extra fees may apply for oversized carpets (9 x 12 and up) or remote areas. For safety, delivery teams cannot move pianos, pool tables, glassware, fragile collections, or any item over 175 lbs.
